| Wooden skewers | 10 |
| Chicken breast | 400g |
| Salt reduced soy sauce | 2 tablespoons |
| Honey | 1 tablespoon |
| Red onion, cut into 3cm pieces | 1 medium |
| Red capsicum, cut into 3cm pieces | 1 large |
| Green capsicum, cut into 3cm pieces | 1 large |
| Lemon, to serve | 1 |
Method

Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning when cooking. |

Cut the chicken breast into 3cm cubes, and place in a bowl. |

Add the salt reduced soy sauce and honey to the bowl and stir well. Leave to marinate whilst preparing other ingredients. |

Thread a piece of the marinated chicken onto a soaked wooden skewer, followed by red onion, red capsicum and green capsicum. Repeat until all skewers are full. |

Cook on a BBQ for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn occasionally. |

Alternatively, place skewers on a lined baking tray and cook in a preheated to 180ºC oven for 15 minutes until until cooked through, turning half way. |

Squeeze lemon juice over to serve. |
