| Tuna, tinned in springwater | 425g |
| Corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or tinned) | 125g |
| Cucumber | 1 |
| Cherry tomatoes | 250g |
| Balsamic vinegar | 1 tablespoon |
| Extra virgin olive oil | 2 tablespoons |
Method

Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain, cool and place in a large bowl. |

Drain liquid from tinned tuna and corn and add to pasta. |

Dice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes and add to pasta. |
|

Toss through balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve. |
