| Wholemeal wraps or tortillas* | 6 |
| Hommus | 100g |
| Canned tuna, drained | 300g |
| Baby spinach | 60g |
Method

Preheat oven on to 180°C. Line a tray with baking paper. |

Slice sweet potato, zucchini, red capsicum and red onion into strips. |

Place on prepared baking tray and spray with oil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until soft. Allow to cool slightly. |

Spread the hummus onto wraps/tortillas, and divide up tuna, baby spinach, and roast vegetables between each wrap. |

Wrap up by folding over one end and then each side. |
