| Self raising flour | 1.5 cups |
| Wholemeal self raising flour | 1.5 cups |
| Ripe bananas, mashed | 3 large |
| Eggs, lightly beaten | 2 |
| 140g tubs apple puree | 2 |
| Plain or natural yoghurt | 350g |
| Vanilla extract | 2 teaspoons |
| Ground cinnamon | 2 teaspoons |
| Sultanas | ½ cup |
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above the edges of the tin. |

Place the flours in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, apple puree, yoghurt, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon and sultanas. |

Stir to combine - be careful not to over mix the batter. |

Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin. |

Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. |

Transfer the loaf onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing. |
