| Green capsicum, sliced | ½ |
| Button mushrooms, sliced | 80g |
| Diced pineapple in juice, drained | 225g |
| Gated tasty cheese | 1 cup |
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper. |

Separate wholemeal English muffins in half and place on the prepared baking trays. |

Spread bases with tomato paste. |
|
|

Top with the sliced red and green capsicum, mushrooms and pineapple. |
|
|

Sprinkle with the grated tasty cheese. |
|
|

Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden. |

|

Allow to cool and serve. |
