Go for GREEN workshops

Our go for GREEN workshops are designed for school canteen managers, staff and volunteers to help understand and classify food and drinks according to the traffic light system.

In this 2-hour workshop participants will:

  • understand the traffic light system and how it applies to your school canteen
  • learn how to use different methods to classify freshly made or pre-packaged items
  • have a go at GREENing up your menu
  • enjoy a delicious afternoon tea whilst networking with your peers.

Food safety supervisor


Our Food Safety Supervisor course:

  • meets the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training.

‚ÄčUnits of competency

Upon completion, students achieve a Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:

  • SITXFSA002: Participate in safe food handling practices
  • SITXFSA001: Use hygienic practices for food safety.

Face to face training

Complete the course and all assessment in one day at face-to-face training session in Canberra.
