Our go for GREEN workshops are designed for school canteen managers, staff and volunteers to help understand and classify food and drinks according to the traffic light system.
In this 2-hour workshop participants will:
- understand the traffic light system and how it applies to your school canteen
- learn how to use different methods to classify freshly made or pre-packaged items
- have a go at GREENing up your menu
- enjoy a delicious afternoon tea whilst networking with your peers.

Food safety supervisor
Our Food Safety Supervisor course:
- meets the requirements of Nationally Recognised Training.
​Units of competency
Upon completion, students achieve a Statement of Attainment for the following units of competency:
- SITXFSA002: Participate in safe food handling practices
- SITXFSA001: Use hygienic practices for food safety.
Face to face training
Complete the course and all assessment in one day at face-to-face training session in Canberra.
