We are your Helping Hands

Helping those experiencing food insecurity to put nutritious food on the table – and learn to love cooking healthy meals together.

  • Fortnightly healthy food hampers hand-packed and delivered, containing everyday staples and essentials approved by our Dietitians
  • Live virtual cook-along classes with a Dietitian every second Saturday morning – simple recipes using ingredients from your hamper
  • Recipes & healthy eating resources available in several languages
  • Weekly wellbeing check-ins over the phone

How To Apply

This program is available for families, seniors, and single person households located in the following LGAs: Bayside, Burwood, Canterbury-Bankstown and Georges River.

We accept patient/client referrals and self-registrations.
