Nutrition Australia Qld (NAQ) has collaborated with Motto Motto, a food retail business who offer fast-casual Japanese dining to their customers. NAQ provided detailed nutrition information through the analysis of the Motto Motto menu, supporting the food retail business to be more transparent with their customers and to aid in future recipe development.
