| Wholemeal self raising flour | ¾ cup |
| Rolled oats | ½ cup |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
| Bananas | 3 large |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Vegetable oil | 2 tablespoons |
| Strawberries, sliced | 1 cup |

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a loaf tin with baking paper. |

In a large mixing bowl, combine both flours, rolled oats and ground cinnamon. |

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs and vegetable oil. |

Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients, being careful not to over mix the batter. |

Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf tin and press sliced strawberries into the batter. |

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. |
