| 2 x ¼ of a cut watermelon |
| 1 cup yoghurt |
| 2 punnets blueberries |
| 2 tablespoons pepitas |
Method

Slice the watermelon into wedges, approximately 2cm thin slices. You will need 20 triangle shapes in total. |

Cut off the watermelon rind to leave a tree trunk on each slice. |

Place the yoghurt in a small piping bag or in a small zip lock back and cut off the tip. |

Place the watermelon slices on a flat surface and pipe some yoghurt onto each one as tinsel or decorate as you wish. |

Decorate with blueberries and pepitas as you wish. |

Serve immediately or place in the freezer until the yoghurt is firm. |
