| Pumpkin, diced | 1 cup |
| Carrot, diced | 1 |
| Water | 1.5 cups |

Add diced beef, pumpkin, carrot and water to a large saucepan. |

Bring to boil over a medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 20-30 minutes or until softened. |

Allow to cool. |

Process the cooked ingredients in a blender with a few spoons of the cooking water. Blend until smooth. |
