| Self-raising flour | 1 cup |
| Wholemeal self-raising flour | 1 cup |
| Bananas | 2 large, over-ripe |
| Eggs | 2 |
| Milk | 2/3 cup |
| Honey | 3 tablespoons |
| Olive oil | 3 tablespoons |
| Butternut pumpkin, grated | 250g |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
| Ground nutmeg | ½ teaspoon |

Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with paper cases. |

Sift both flours, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg into a large bowl. |

In a separate large bowl, mash bananas and combine with eggs, milk, honey and olive oil. |

Add to wet mixture to flour mixture. Add grated pumpkin and stir to combine. |

Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and cooked through. |
