Seminars

Cooking demonstrations

Nutrition inspo stands
Perfect for workplace wellbeing events, our Accredited Practising Dietitian will facilitate a stand providing useful information, healthy eating tips and handy recipes. Includes taste tests of 3 pre-prepared healthy snacks.
Menu assessments
An Accredited Practising Dietitian will conduct a menu assessment of your staff café or canteen and provide a comprehensive report with practical suggestions for improvement. The menu assessments are based on the Dietary Guidelines for Australians.
Healthier Work
Nutrition Australia ACT Division works collaboratively with Healthier Work, a service within WorkSafe ACT, to create healthier workplaces and employees, by promoting healthy eating environments.
