OWI is a science repository on the nutrition, health and wellness benefits of olives and olive products, which is all subject to extensive peer review.
As part of the OWI project ‘Educating Health Professionals about Australian Olive Products’, Nutrition Australia Vic Division will develop a series of four YouTube videos and two educational events on the benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The educational material is aimed at both health professionals, food service industry professionals and olive growers and processors.
