Healthy Eating Seminar @ Sydney Frost Hall, 16 April
Join us with Bayside Council and SHARE SMR Inc for a FREE exercise class and a chat with our Accredited Practising Dietitian on eating well for healthy ageing.

It‘s In Our Nature to celebrate culture through movement and discover new ways to care for our wellbeing this NSW Seniors Festival. Come along and enjoy a free Zumba Session and Belly Dancing Class from SHARE, and a Food & Wellbeing Workshop from us! Bring your friends, family and those in your community who love to celebrate health.
