2Tablespoonmacadamia nut oil
4TablespoonApple Cider Vinegar
1Teaspoonfresh chives (finely diced)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or dressing bottle and shake well.
  2. Serve on a garden or mixed salad.

  • it is extracted from the macadamia nut
  • contains up to 85% monounsaturated fat, and
  • has a high smoke point (210oC) which makes it an ideal substitute for olive oil.
