Description

Use in-season berries and oranges to make this a perfect portable and nutritious Spring snack!

Ingredients

1 1⁄2CupFrozen mixed berries (Thawed)
2Cupnatural yoghurt
1Tablespoon (Metric)orange juice
1Teaspoon (Metric)orange rind (Finely grated)
1⁄3CupChopped pistachios
1Tablespoon (Metric)Maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the berries and their juices in base of small glass jars.
  2. Combine yoghurt with orange juice and rind and spoon on top of berries.
  3. Top yoghurt with pistachios then drizzle with maple syrup to serve.
