A quick and easy calcium-packed treat for all the family to enjoy


100Gramreduced fat fruit yoghurt
1⁄2Cupskim milk
1 medium banana (chopped)
1⁄2Cupstrawberries (chopped)


  1. Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.

I make this recipe using low fat soy milk and a teaspoon of natural wheatgerm! Delicious!

I have this every 2nd day for breakfast;
Add a few walnuts, a teaspoon of psylium, ice cubes, frozen berries, a drop of honey and any other fruit to add flavour. Good amount of protein, dairy, fruit, fibre and liquid. Fruit juice can be used instead of milk and I use only light natural yogurt or fat free. Banana is a good base ingredient which hold and fills out all other flavours. Delicious! Sees me through till lunch.
