Nutrition Australia ACT aims to inspire healthy eating by promoting the importance of good food and nutrition. Our range of workplace health and wellbeing programs are delivered by Accredited Practising Dietitians.

We service a wide range of workplaces, ranging from corporate departments to small businesses. Our workplace health and wellbeing programs are an ideal way to position your workplace as one which prioritises and values the health and wellbeing of employees.

Seminars

Cooking demonstrations

Learn to create fresh, healthy and tasty dishes that are quick and easy to prepare. All demonstrations run for one hour and provide taste testing for up to 30 participants.For further information about workplace cooking demonstrations click here.

Team building activities

Nutrition inspo stands 

Perfect for workplace wellbeing events, our Accredited Practising Dietitian will facilitate a stand providing useful information, healthy eating tips and handy recipes. Includes taste tests of 3 pre-prepared healthy snacks.

Menu assessments

An Accredited Practising Dietitian will conduct a menu assessment of your staff café or canteen and provide a comprehensive report with practical suggestions for improvement. The menu assessments are based on the Dietary Guidelines for Australians.

Have you ever wondered what to look for when reading food labels? Do you look for total fat? Saturated fat? Sodium?
